Why do my cousins insist on having me make Yankees things for them?! I will convert them into Mets fans one of these days. Anyway, my youngest cousin, who I made the Power Ranger wallet for 2 years ago, asked for a new wallet with the Yankees logo on it for Christmas.

I used the same velcro wallet pattern as before. The main fabric is a cream color, and the lining is dark, yankee blue. I mixed the fabric paint to get the same blue, and stenciled the logo on the front.

2 down, and 4 (or 5) to go!

Yet another iPod pouch done!

I made this one for one of my cousins who LOVES the NY Yankees. So, I bit the bullet and made him a stenciled pouch. I found the logo online, printed it, and used it as the stencil. It took forever to mix the paint and get the perfect 'Yankee blue'.  The outside is a cream color, and the inside is the same blue. Instead of elastic and a button, I just put a loop of elastic at the bottom as a closure.

3 down, 9 to go!

I made another one of those simple wallets for another one of my cousins for Christmas (I can't believe I completely forgot about him! shhhh....its a secret)

My cousins LOVES [understatement] wrestling. I made the wallet in 2 dark shades of textured blue cotton. Then, I freehand painted the WWE logo on the front. Finished just in time to give it to him tomorrow. Whoo!!

Still 1 to go!

I used the same tutorial as the previous wallet.

This one is for my youngest cousin (5). He LOVES the Power Rangers, and his favorite is Red Ranger. I was going to stencil the actual ranger, but the wallet was too small, so I found the lightning bolt logo, and stenciled that on (with some shading!!) I used red since, again, he loves the Red Ranger. There is some puckering at the seams since the fabric is really thin and flimsy, and bunches easily.

7 down, 3 to go!!!

I'm going to the midnight premier of New Moon tonight, so of course I need something Twilight themed to wear. I'm getting sick of all the Team Edward/Jacob annoyance, so I thought I'd make a Team Jasper shirt (he's my favorite, and so underappreciated, especially in the movies).

Pretty basic. I made the stencil in Word. I did one layer of black paint, then did one layer of a clear-ish silver glitter so its ZOMG SPARKELYZ!!!!1!!!11 I was going to put 'Southern vamps do it better' on the back, but I ran out of time.

I had picked up this plain brown t shirt at JoAnns a while ago. Its been sitting in my pile of clothes for a while. I finally decided what to do with it when I found an awesome Daria stencil.

When I was filling in the bridges, my brush decided that it hated me, hence the not-so-clean lines.

Last one for today...I swear

Anyone remember Salute Your Shorts? That awesome Nick show from the 90's.
I was looking up old TV shows that I loved, and I found the logo, so I decided to make a shirt.

I printed out the logo, and cut it out.
I had to custom mix the paint (my first time) since I didn't have a dark red that I liked. I also kept some places in the stencil lighter than others, hoping to give it that old, distressed look (hey, it is from the 90s..lol).

The next day, I cut the collar off since it was choking me, and made it off the shoulder. I still need to hem that, but I can't until I by some more bobbins and yellow thread.

My bff and I are OBSESSED with college basketball. I go to (almost) all her college's home games, and she goes to (almost) all of my college's. Anyhoo...last season, when her team wasn't doing too good, she said "I'm a captain, I go down with my ship."  That became out line for the entire season. So, since tonight is her college's first game of the season (away of course), I decided to make matching shirts to wear to her house to listen to it on the radio.

This is hers, mine looks the same, but the shirt is black, and its in yellow w/ glitter on top.
Our fave player's numbers are on the back, her's in glittery yellow, and mine in the yellow, and the purple from her shirt.

Lets just hope they're good luck *crosses fingers*

I'm going to see the Fall Out Boy Civic tour tonight, and when I went to look for something to wear, I had NOTHING to wear. So I grabbed a stencil I had already cut (since my knife broke), a shirt and scissors and went to work. Thanks to stencilry for the stencil.

I cut the collar off the shirt to make it off the shoulder, then up the sleeves. I cut some excess fabric into 2 strips then tied bows between the collar and sleeves to make them flutter. Used iridescent blue-ish paint for the stencil.

I'm not completely done with it. I had the plan to stencil the names of the beatles on the back, and their face around the bottom on the side, but I can't do that yet since I have no knife.

EDIT: Oh yeah, William Beckett from The Academy Is... LIKED THE SHIRT! I can die happy now.

My friend is absolutely in love with the movie Les Parapluies de Cherbourg (Umbrellas of Cherbourg). She's been begging me to make her a shirt for the longest time. I had a snow day on Wednesday, so I finally had to time to finish cutting the stencil. Credit to Stencilry for the umbrella stencil.

The colors on my camera are screwed up. Its a hot pink shirt with the lettering in irredescent purple, and irredescent pink and orange umbrellas. I know it seems really bright and somewhat clashy, but that how things are in the movie.

My friend and I went to see Fall Out Boy on the Black Clouds and Underdogs Tour. She loved Joe, so I made her a shirt. Again, credit to Stencilry for the stencil.

I cut out the stencil and put it on a plain pink shirt I had. I later cut slashes up the sides of the shirt.

I had reading to do for my english class 1st semester, but instead I made this shirt. Credit to Stencilry for the Hellogoodbye stencil.

My mom bought me this plain blue shirt for me to stencil so one day, instead of reading for class, I found the stencil and put it on the shirt. The shirt also had a really tight collar, so I just cut it off and made it into a scoop neck. My first stencil with islands, so I was damn proud of myself.

With my addiction to bags/purses, I needed to make a jeans to bag.

I had an old pair of jeans I was going to add side panels to so they would fit again, but they had huge rips in the knees, and that was impossible. So I cut the legs off a little below the zipper and just sewed across. I cut strips from the legs and made them into a (really long) strap. It looked plain to I added Bon Jovi and Nightmare Before Christmas pins, Godsmack and Pink Floyd patches. I also half stenciled, half free-handed the Kill Hannah sniper heart on the bottom. On the back pocket, I also wrote out lyrics to Bon Jovi songs.

I made this for the first day of college, its my first stencil. I used plain white paper, elmers adhesive to hold it down and scribbles fabric paint for the stencil. Credit to Stencilry for the amazing Judd stencil.

I took my favorite quote from the movie ("Does Barry Manilow know that you raid his wardrobe?") and printed it out from word. Cut it out and stenciled it onto the shirt along with the Judd stencil. I didn't know how to deal with islands at the time, so that's why the letters are the way they are.
