Frumpy Dress >> Cardigan

My best friend gave me this dress of hers to recon since it wasn't very flattering. No before pictures, but picture a calf length, old-style dress with elastic around the waist. Not very flattering.





I took the elastic out, cut about a foot off the bottom, cut up the front, and moved the buttons down. No button holes since she doesn't button cardigans.
